My Books

Books

I’ve always been a lifelong student — endlessly curious about so many different topics. There was a time when I would take my library card, wander the aisles, and sit quietly while choosing which books to bring home. Now, more often than not, I order them online.

Over the years, I’ve found myself buying more and more books on my Kindle, mainly to save space. As much as I love physical books, shelves fill quickly. Still, there’s something special about holding a real book in your hands — turning the pages, seeing it on your nightstand. It feels different.

I’ve organized my reads on Goodreads so you can see what I’m exploring.

On a side note, I recently read a review where someone claimed a book was AI-written. It made me pause. Just like blogs, I suppose books are now subject to this too. It feels more important than ever to know the authors we’re reading — or at least take a moment to research them.

If you enjoy historical texts, Archive.org is a wonderful place to explore older books and primary sources.

Thank you so much for reading!

If my words sparked a thought, or if you just want to say hello, I would love to hear from you!
